It is so warm outside that I could strip down and run around my lawn naked. February, people! February! If this is how life is going to be without an ozone layer, then man-- LET'S GO BURN SOME MORE PLASTIC!!!
I just sent my interview questions to Best Gay Blogs. I'm still a little split about that. Truthfully I like the recognition. And Yes, the hits will be nice. I guess it really comes down to one or two really fake bloggers that piss me off so much that I would do almost anything to not be like them. That includes avoiding interviews and attention-grabbing ploys. I don't want anyone to think that my driving purpose here is to be viewed as better than other people. When I first got Stat- Counter I measured this blog in terms of hits and returning readers. I dropped a few blogs that weren't doing me any statistical good. But you what? Over the past year I've learned that I don't want to measure the Lovelemming that way. The true value of this blog is--
1) The phone call I got from a worried blog-friend within minutes of posting that my mom died.
2) All the condolence cards
3) The people that play along with my stupid "events" every week (Like the comment game)
4) Knowing that I'm not alone
5) Knowing that people look forward to my comments at their blog as much as look forward to theirs here.
6) All the choice ass I've been getting.
uh...
So I guess I'm just going to see what happens with the BGB thing. Maybe I'll make some new friends.
All in all I'm doing well today. For some reason there's a South park episode that keeps giving me an error message when it's almost done downloading from iTunes. I've been able to download other stuff since then, and I have my McAffee privacy service turned off (the programs hate each other). Oh well, whatever. So long as I can download the new Battlestar Galactica episode this afternoon, I'll be fine. If I have trouble with BG, then someone at Apple is going to lose a testicle.
That's about all that's going on here. Anything exciting with you guys/ girls/ gender nuetrals?
